Frequently Asked Questions

To account for complicated load-ins and provide a buffer in the unlikely event that we would need to correct any technical difficulties, we arrive 2 hours before the scheduled start of our CLIQ SOCIAL BOOTHS & CLIQ 360 services. For the SELF-E BOOTH package, our staff will arrive 1-2 hours before the scheduled start of SELF-E BOOTH service. If the SELF-E BOOTH package includes the Printing Upgrade, our Maestro will arrive 2 hours before the scheduled start of service. Depending on load-in conditions & logistics (ie. distance from car to setup location, stairs, elevators, security check-ins, etc.), we may require an earlier arrival time at your event.

Our CLIQ SOCIAL BOOTHS package has a footprint requires about 10ft x 10ft of floor space, and ceiling clearance to accommodate an 8ft x 8ft backdrop, which is best positioned against a wall.  This space will include a 4-6 ft folding table with black linen to display props (& Memento Box, if included in your package), and will also include the printer stand, share station, lights, touchscreen monitor, & camera, positioned 3-6 ft from the the backdrop.

The SELF-E BOOTH package can be set up with roughly 5 x 5 ft of floorspace adjacent to our 8 x 8 ft backdrop.

The CLIQ 360 package requires 15 x 15 ft of floorspace.

Yes. Our setups require access to a standard power outlet within 50ft.

For packages that include props, we provide a 4-6 ft folding table and black linen to display our props and photo printer. If you prefer to provide this via the venue or catering service, just let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige!

You should receive the sample 2 weeks prior to the event, except when booking on short notice, and we will provide up to 2 edits at no extra charge.

Except for the SELF-E BOOTH, we include an array of props with every CLIQ package. We keep our props updated, constantly evolving both for hygiene and to provide the best variety. Some examples of what is typically included with our standard prop packages are: (Large Glasses, Masks, Hats, Sign Holders, Stick Props – Mustaches, etc., Leis, Necklaces) Please keep in mind that all our props are not identical. The CLIQ SOCIAL BOOTHS package also includes an array of 5 or more deluxe props that fit the theme of your event.

If there is anything specific you want included with your props, just let us know. We will do our best to accommodate and you are always welcome to provide your own props for the event. We will display them on our table and encourage your guests to use them.

Yes. You can indicate this on your Photo Booth Customization form we provide, or by contacting your Account Manager. We will provide you with resources from our template library, which currently supports 2 x 6 inch strip and 4 x 6 inch postcard formats. Photo placement must be indicated in the design. We prefer PNG, JPEG or PSD formats, however we may be able to work with other formats such as TIFF, GIF, BMP, etc. You can also provide us with original graphics such as logos or clipart to incorporate in our existing print design templates by noting this on the customization form which we will provide after booking, or you can email the files directly to your account manager. There is no size requirement, except that the graphic should be at least the size that it will be output onto the print.

Yes, this is common and can often be the best choice! Just indicate this in the corresponding field on your client customization form. You can also decline the use of a backdrop or provide your own.

Additional service time can be booked at the following rates:

  • SELF-E BOOTH: $50 per additional hour.
  • CLIQ SOCIAL BOOTHS: $300 per additional hour ($150 per extra hour of “idle time” for early setup or break in service).
  • CLIQ 360: $850 per additional hour.

On the date of the event, additional time can be added at 1.5x the standard hourly rates.

For CLIQ 360 & SELF-E BOOTH packages, standard hourly rates will apply. For CLIQ SOCIAL BOOTHS packages, “idle time” for early setup or a break in service can be added for $150 per additional hour.

CLIQ SOCIAL BOOTHS package includes double prints, which means that the Social Booth Maestros at your event will provide up to 2 prints per session. Additional prints may be provided upon request at the discretion of our Maestros.

To guarantee an additional physical print from each photo booth session, we recommend booking Memento Box add-on for only $125. This package includes the black leather bound book with 20 pages featuring sleeves perfectly sized to fit your prints (either 2×6 inch strips or 4×6 inch postcards), with a space for your guests to leave a message, a premium metallic marker set for your guests to use, and extra attention provided by your Maestro, who will automatically print an extra copy at each session, promote the book to your guests and assist in putting it all together.

Content from every CLIQ activation (regardless of package) will be backed up to a digital gallery that you can access after the event. We will follow up after processing the content on our servers and share a link to your gallery via email within 1 week of the event date (often sooner).

For SELF-E BOOTH packages, a trained CLIQ staff member will be on-site to set up the booth and start service at the scheduled time, then return at the close of service to pack up and return gear. If the SELF-E-BOOTH package includes the Printing Upgrade, a Maestro will remain onsite to attend the booth and assist our guests throughout service.

For CLIQ SOCIAL BOOTH packages, two (2) Maestros will remain on-site to assist guests during service.

For CLIQ 360 packages, three (3) Maestros will remain on-site to assist guests during service.
